About Jamloop
Jamloop is building the next generation of performance-driven advertising for the streaming TV era.
We help brands and agencies turn CTV into a measurable, accountable growth channel, connecting advertising directly to real business outcomes, both online and offline. Our platform combines proprietary bidding, premium direct inventory, and advanced audience targeting to run high-performance CTV campaigns with precision.
We believe streaming TV advertising should do more than build awareness. It should drive business growth.
Jamloop is a lean, high-expectation team operating in a high-growth environment. The opportunity here is real: to build, shape, and scale alongside a company defining the future of performance advertising. Jamloop has also been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 500, AdExchanger Power Players, and the Stevie Awards for Tech Excellence.
About the roleJamloop is looking for a hands-on Senior Creative Designer to own and elevate how the company shows up across its most important marketing, sales and customer touchpoints.
We are looking for a storyteller, builder and multidimensional designer who can help establish creative direction and personally create the work.
This is a broad, high-ownership role for an experienced designer who can move comfortably between creative strategy, visual storytelling and day-to-day execution. You will help develop campaign ideas, shape how we visually explain performance CTV and improve the overall quality and consistency of the Jamloop brand.
You will also personally execute the work—from website pages, landing pages, email, advertising and social advertising concepts, and video storyboards to presentations, case studies, research reports, sell sheets, event materials and the everyday production work required to keep a growing company moving.
The right person has operated successfully inside a growing company, understands the pace and ambiguity of an in-house environment and does not need a large team or formal production infrastructure to be effective. You know how to turn an incomplete brief into a clear creative solution, organize the work and get it across the finish line.
You will report to the CMO and partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content, Sales, Client Success, Product and company leadership.
We are open to candidates located in the United States of America.

- Bring a clear creative point of view and confidently explain the thinking behind the work.
- Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, vertical initiatives, customer stories and demand-generation programs.

- Design executive presentations, sales decks, case studies, research reports, guides, product materials and customer-facing collateral.
- Produce the everyday materials that help Sales and Marketing operate effectively, including sell sheets, one-pagers, presentation updates, templates, charts and asset resizing.
- Turn complex advertising, measurement, data and product concepts into clear visual stories.
- Create diagrams, product illustrations, frameworks and data visualizations.

- Own assignments from brief through final delivery, including requirements, timelines, stakeholder input, revisions and production.
- Manage multiple workstreams without a dedicated creative producer or project manager.
- Prioritize requests based on business value, urgency and available capacity.
- Manage freelancers, agencies and production partners as needed.
- Create enough process to keep the work organized without building unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Identify when recurring requests should become templates, systems or self-service tools.

- Raise the overall quality and consistency of the Jamloop brand.
- Establish a scalable creative system across the website, campaigns, presentations, content and sales materials.
- Improve Jamloop’s ability to tell a clear and compelling visual story.

- 7–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, visual or multidisciplinary design.
- Meaningful in-house experience, ideally within a growing B2B technology, SaaS, media, adtech or martech company.
- Experience operating as a highly accountable designer within a lean organization.
- A portfolio showing strong work across websites, campaigns, presentations, content, video, social and sales enablement.
- Strong visual-design fundamentals and the ability to simplify complex products, data and business concepts.
- Proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
