Sitting within The Rewards Lab, this role translates consumer insights, business priorities and product capabilities into compelling commercial narratives that unlock revenue and create value for both users and partners.
While this role partners closely with Sales on high-priority opportunities, it also plays a critical role in commercializing Fetch's broader platform capabilities—from emerging Brand Experience (BX) programs and seasonal Moments to new products and strategic partnerships. This individual combines strategic thinking with exceptional storytelling, helping define not only what Fetch can sell, but how it is packaged, positioned and brought to market.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop insight-led creative strategies and commercial narratives for Fetch's largest brand partners, helping unlock incremental revenue through bespoke ideas and partnership concepts.
- Partner with Sales to shape high-impact pitches for enterprise accounts, serving as the strategic lead on complex opportunities.
- Lead commercialization strategy for new platform capabilities, Moments and Brand Experience programs by developing positioning, packaging and go-to-market narratives that enable adoption across the Sales organization.
- Identify scalable ideas that can evolve beyond one partner into repeatable commercial offerings and sales programs.
- Translate consumer insights, cultural trends and business priorities into strategic opportunities that connect user value with partner objectives.
- Partner across Product, Marketing, GTM, Creative and Business Experience to ensure ideas are strategically sound, operationally feasible, and positioned for market success.
- Design frameworks, playbooks, and strategic tools that scale creative strategy across the organization, including identifying opportunities to use AI to streamline processes and amplify impact.
- Lead strategic workshops and executive presentations with internal leadership, agency partners and Fortune 500 brands.
- Mentor junior strategists and activation coordinators, helping elevate the quality of creative thinking across The Rewards Lab.
What Success Looks Like:
- You develop clear, compelling ideas that strengthen pitches, client conversations and creative opportunities.
- You turn briefs, insights and cultural observations into creative thinking that feels fresh, relevant and actionable.
- You become a strong creative partner to the broader team, bringing curiosity, ideas and a distinct point of view to the work.
- You effectively manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work across different clients, verticals and business challenges.
- You grow your ability to connect strategy to creativity—understanding not just what the idea is, but why it will work.
- You contribute to a culture of ambitious creative thinking at Fetch, raising the bar through the work you make and the perspective you bring.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, integrated marketing or a related role at a tech platform, agency or brand.
- Experience in or exposure to CPG, retail or restaurant marketing is a plus.
- A strong creative thinker who can move from an insight or business challenge to a compelling idea.
- Comfortable contributing to presentations and articulating the thinking behind your work to internal teams and external partners.
- Strong storytelling and deck-building skills, with an eye for making ideas simple, visual and persuasive.
- Able to balance creative ambition with practical execution and incorporate feedback without losing the core of an idea.
- Naturally curious about culture, consumer behavior, brands and the constantly changing ways people shop, eat, play and engage.
- A collaborative, low-ego team player who is comfortable working across disciplines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for making complicated things feel simple.
