Job Location: Preferred in California, otherwise Remote in US (PST Hours)
Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office if CA)
Salary Range: $125K - $145K/Year Base plus Annual Bonus

Looking for an Analytics professional with 10+ years of work experience in Credit Risk Analytics in Acquisition and Account Management area in the banking and financial services space with a focus on Consumer Credit Cards/ Lending products.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Business Knowledge: Understand the core credit cards business and the levers behind various decisions
  • Analytics: Analyze large amounts of data to derive business insights and create innovative solutions/models/strategies  
  • Communication: Clear articulation and structuring of business findings to the leadership and key partners.
  • Risk Modeling: Develop and maintain quantitative models to predict default probabilities and potential losses, incorporating statistical software or machine learning methods 
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Track and review credit exposures, identify risk concentrations, and recommend risk mitigation strategies to management 
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present findings to credit committees or senior management 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks 
Qualifications

Skillset:

  • Analytics professional preferably with experience in Credit Cards analytics. Should have good understanding of acquisition and account management areas.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant domain - Data Analysis and building models/strategies.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience in SQL and Python is a must.
  • Experience in Plaid and Alloy required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
