ParentSquare is rooted in a belief our founder held as a parent long before she started the company in 2011: when families are involved, students thrive. She leads ParentSquare to this day.
As the trusted leader in school-home engagement, we help schools reach the parents and guardians of more than 22 million students in 190+ languages through the channels families prefer, including app, text, email, and phone. Our all-in-one platform brings together communications, attendance, forms, payments, and websites to simplify how schools and families connect and take action. ParentSquare Intelligence, the AI and data layer built into ParentSquare, turns engagement and attendance data into insights that guide proactive outreach, so districts can offer families the right support at the right time. Over 42,000 schools in all 50 states use ParentSquare to build trust with their communities and save staff time.
The ParentSquare app consistently ranks among the top five free apps in the U.S., and we’ve been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies four years in a row and to the Inc. Best Workplaces list for the past two years. We’re a diverse, remote-first team that cares about each other, and about the schools and families they serve. Sound like your kind of place? We’d love to have you help us build what’s next.

Who we’re looking for:

Charter schools are some of the most varied customers we serve, from a single campus to national networks operating across multiple states, and each one needs a partner who understands how it runs.

ParentSquare is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to be that partner across our charter portfolio, from single-site charters to national charter management organizations (CMOs) and education management organizations (EMOs). You’ll build relationships that drive satisfaction, usage, and clear ROI, keep retention and renewals strong, and find room for each customer to grow. As the single point of ownership for our medium, large, and enterprise networks, you’ll give each one a consistent relationship instead of separate contacts by state or region. You’ll work closely with Charter Sales, Support, Implementation, Product, and Finance to deepen relationships and drive adoption and advocacy across the charter sector.

Above all, you’ll bring our two permissions to play:

  • Humility. We’re heads-down builders who’d rather let the work speak. You share wins with Sales and Implementation, bring customer feedback to the team without needing credit, and ask for help early when a network’s needs outgrow the playbook.
  • Passion for our mission. When a network runs well on ParentSquare, every family at every campus hears from their school in the way and language that works for them, and you’ll be the one making that happen at scale
This role will include:
  • Owning a hybrid charter portfolio, from strategic CMO and EMO networks to a high volume of single sites and smaller regions
  • Serving as the single point of ownership for medium, large, and enterprise networks across every state and region they operate in
  • Building success plans with large networks that align on goals, drive adoption, and show clear ROI
  • Partnering with Implementation on large network launches, including data integration and system configuration
  • Running scaled onboarding for new regions and sites, plus 1:many programs like cohorted office hours, product workshops, and virtual user groups
  • Partnering with CS leadership and Charter Sales to spot high-growth networks and use health data to support network-level expansion
  • Owning renewals and retention across your book, resolving escalations and keeping key stakeholders confident
  • Leading demos and training as a product expert, and bringing customer feedback to Product and other teams to improve the experience
We're looking for someone who has:
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company
  • Experience managing both strategic enterprise accounts and a high-volume book of smaller customers
  • A track record of partnering with Sales on expansion, including growing a single-site or regional relationship into a larger agreement
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-site implementations
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize across many accounts at once
  • Clear, confident communication with executive stakeholders and strong attention to detail

Bonus points for:

  • Charter school, CMO, or EMO experience
  • K-12 EdTech experience, especially with large district implementations
  • Familiarity with school communication tools, integration tools, or a student information system (SIS)
Why join us?

At ParentSquare, we believe in winning together and building a product that truly serves schools, educators, and families. We value transparency, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit, and we look for team members who share these values. You’ll have the opportunity to own and grow our charter network relationships, influence a fast-growing company, and make a meaningful impact on K-12 education.

The perks of working for us are great! You’ll get your foot in the door as our company continues to grow. We’re big believers in work-life balance and provide:

  • Employer-paid health insurance (including dependent coverage)
  • An employer-matched 401K retirement savings program from day 1
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Stock options
  • Health + wellness reimbursements
  • Generous PTO
  • 15 paid holidays, including your birthday!

As a fully remote team, we’ll make sure you have all the tools and equipment you need to make your home office a place where you can thrive.

We're an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. We are committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace in compliance with applicable state laws.

The salary range for this role will be $80,000 $100,000, DOE.
