The Role
At Eve, you'll have the opportunity to redefine what customer marketing looks like when it merges seamlessly with social media. As our first Sr. Customer & Social Media Marketer, you won't just create content about customers — you'll turn them into the faces, voices, and stories that dominate our social channels.
This is a unicorn role for a rare breed of marketer: someone who knows how to build systematic customer advocacy programs that generate millions in pipeline while also having the creative instincts to make social content that stops scrolls and starts conversations. You understand that the most powerful marketing isn't what we say about ourselves — it's what our customers say, captured authentically and amplified strategically.
You'll partner directly with 20+ customers per quarter to source video testimonials, case studies, social media content, and webinar speakers. You'll transform their success stories into thumb-stopping social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn that makes Eve unmissable in the legal tech landscape. And you'll build the frameworks that turn happy customers into an army of advocates generating referrals, reviews, and earned media.
Working in close partnership with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, this role is central to our GTM strategy — bridging the gap between customer relationships and brand visibility by making our customers the heroes of every post, story, and campaign.
What You'll Accomplish
- Build and scale Eve's customer advocacy program, transforming satisfied users into visible champions through case studies, testimonials, video content, and referrals
- Own and grow Eve's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn with content by plaintiff lawyers, for plaintiff lawyers that regularly resonates with our target audience
- Source 20+ pieces of customer content per quarter across formats — video testimonials, case studies, social posts, webinar speakers, and co-marketing opportunities
- Create a signature customer awards program that generates earned media, social proof, and amplification opportunities
- Develop scalable systems for identifying, recruiting, and activating referenceable customers while ensuring seamless handoffs to Sales and Customer Success
- Design social content strategies that elevate customer voices, showcase their wins, and position Eve customers as the most innovative plaintiff attorneys in the country
- Track and report on pipeline influence, advocacy participation, social media growth, content production, and referral conversions
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to equip teams with customer stories and advocacy assets that accelerate pipeline and retention
What We're Looking For
- A combined 7+ years of experience in customer marketing and social media marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS or environments (legal industry experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record building customer advocacy programs that generated measurable pipeline impact ($5M+ influenced pipeline)
- Demonstrated success growing social media presence by orders of magnitude within 12 months
- Strong background in customer storytelling through video testimonials, case studies, webinars, and social content
- Creative eye for social content that feels authentic, scroll-stopping, and differentiated from typical B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to track pipeline influence, measure social engagement, and demonstrate clear ROI
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with ability to develop trusted partnerships with customers from paralegals to managing partners
- A builder's mindset — capable of both executing independently and shaping long-term vision for customer advocacy and social strategy
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience building customer marketing programs at fast-growing legal tech companies
- Background producing authentic, user-generated content for social media that drives engagement and conversions in professional services industries
- Track record designing customer awards programs that generate industry recognition and earned media
- A network within the plaintiff attorney community
- Experience managing customer speakers at webinars, conferences, or industry events
- Video production and editing skills
- Understanding of AI adoption trends in professional services and ability to position customers as thought leaders in this space
