Our focus is on designing, manufacturing, and distributing products for automotive, diesel, power-sports, and specialty filter markets. Position Overview 
Our rapidly growing business is seeking a self-motivated National Customer Success Specialist. We require outstanding customer service, organizational and follow-through skills. We are seeking a team player with the ability to prioritize, solve customer issues independently and ensure timely processing of purchase order requisitions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of multi-million dollars accounts, including the processing of purchase order requisitions.  

  • Track orders and follow through for customer. 

  • Interact with sales managers, and distribution facilities regarding supply requirements. 

  • Lead and Manage customer feedback and coordinate resolutions internally. 

  • Embrace and exceed customer expectations. 

Qualifications

Job Requirements 

  • College degree or 3 years’ experience in business, customer service or account management experience  

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and follow up skills, and robust attention to detail. 

  • Results oriented and self-motivated with ability to multitask under tight deadlines. 

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving techniques. 

  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office required.
