Lead product analytics across multiple products: own event tracking, funnel analysis, A/B testing framework, AI/LLM-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting. Ensure data quality, define KPIs, run experiments, automate monitoring, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead product analytics across the GoMining ecosystem.
You will own the development of our product analytics capabilities — from event tracking and funnel analytics to A/B testing infrastructure, AI-powered insights, and product performance reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep analytical expertise with hands-on experience building scalable analytics systems and leveraging AI to improve decision-making.
Responsibilities:Product Analytics- Own and develop product analytics across multiple products and user journeys.
- Design and maintain a unified product event tracking framework.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all product events.
- Build and optimize end-to-end product funnels to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Build and scale the company’s A/B testing framework.
- Design experiments, define success metrics, and analyze results.
- Use AI and LLM technologies to automate experiment analysis, anomaly detection, and product insights.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics across product teams.
- Define product KPIs together with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems used by product and leadership teams.
- Automate reporting and metric monitoring.
- Deliver actionable insights that improve product performance and business outcomes.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Help teams make data-driven product decisions.
- Promote best practices in experimentation, analytics, and data quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics.
- Experience working in fintech, payments, crypto, or other transaction-heavy digital products.
- Proven experience building an A/B testing framework from scratch, including experiment design, statistical methodology, and rollout across product teams.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining product event tracking systems.
- Experience working with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, PostHog, GA4, or similar.
- Hands-on experience applying AI and LLMs to analytics, including automated insights, anomaly detection, or experiment analysis.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery (preferred), Snowflake, Redshift, or AWS.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- English B2/C1.

- Experience building product metrics frameworks for multiple products.

- Understanding of cryptocurrency, digital assets, or Web3 products.
