The primary responsibilities of a Senior Data Analyst at MJH are to deliver insightful metrics, reports, and dashboards to support our business. In this role you will collaborate closely with other analysts, data engineers, data product managers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented collaborator with strong communication and SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake, Postgres, Tableau, Python, and Excel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insightful metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Respond to support tickets, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Consult and collaborate with colleagues to investigate and resolve tickets.
  • Document technical work and processes.
  • Assist the Data Product Management team with defining requirements and scoping ticket requests.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in Postgres and Snowflake preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great team player with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Python and Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$90,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
