You would be part of a team of +20 international Data Scientists coming  from top Academic Institutions and Tech Companies with a shared passion for data science and a growing mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

Working as a Senior Data Scientist  you will be responsible for:

• Improving the performance and lifecycle of production ML systems, ensuring scalability and rapid issue resolution.
• Collaboratively designing and deploying end-to-end ML models, LLMs, and agent systems that deliver transparent and accurate sustainability data to customers.
• Leading the strategy and execution of proofs of concept to validate technical feasibility.
• Translating business goals into technical requirements and proactively identifying new opportunities.
• Enabling decision-making by effectively communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Location 🌍

The role is based in Madrid ( Remote / Hybrid )

What You’ll Need 👀

• 3+ years of experience working on Data Science products.
• Strong command of the Python data science ecosystem (Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
• Proficiency working in collaborative codebases and scalable machine learning production environments.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code review, design, performance).
• Up-to-date experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, evaluation, and safety guardrails.
• A strong commitment to sustainability and impact.
• A willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team.
• Transparency and a focus on effective, constructive communication.
• High motivation, independence, and a deep passion for making an impact through data science.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level proficiency).

Nice To Have ✨

• Experience in a start-up
• MSc/PhD degree in CS/EE/STEM or related field
• Experience with fintech/data products or sustainability/ESG domains.
