What this job can offer you
  • The opportunity to own complex, high-value deals end-to-end at a fast-growing global SaaS company
  • A role that is 50% execution, 50% strategic — deep CPQ and commercial expertise combined with real influence on how the Sales organization closes deals
  • Exposure to strategic deal work — discount governance, deal reviews, and Sales enablement
  • A truly async, flexible work environment where ownership and proactivity are valued over process for its own sak
What you bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in an Enterprise SaaS/B2B company
  • Deep expertise in CPQ quoting — complex quote builds, multi-product configurations, pricing logic, and troubleshooting quoting issues
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency as a power user — managing cases, accounts, opportunity data, and order records accurately at high volume
  • Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and order management
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume Deal Desk queue without compromising quality, especially during End of Month, Quarter, and Year End; familiarity with ticketing and knowledge base tools such as Notion and Jira/Atlassian is a plus
  • Commercially minded, with a track record of balancing Sales velocity with deal integrity across complex and non-standard situations
  • Trusted by Sales as a go-to advisor — someone who gives clear, confident guidance on deal structure and contract options
  • Clear communicator who works effectively across Sales, Finance, and Legal without losing momentum on deals
  • A natural knowledge-sharer who enjoys upskilling others and raising the bar across the team
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Own complex, non-standard deals end-to-end — multi-product transactions, pricing exceptions, and deals requiring cross-functional input from Finance and Legal
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Deal Desk Associates on deal structure, quoting, and approval questions
  • Apply commercial judgment on discount approvals and pricing exceptions, ensuring deals are structured in line with company policy and revenue objectives
  • Build and maintain complex quotes in CPQ, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance across high-volume periods
  • Own and govern the Closed Won process — ensuring order accuracy, data integrity in Salesforce, and adherence to established workflows
  • Monitor and manage the Deal Desk case queue, maintaining SLA standards and handling a high volume of tickets with speed and precision
  • Deliver enablement sessions for Sales reps on Deal Desk processes, CPQ quoting, and best practices
  • Participate in deal reviews, contributing deal-level insights to Sales leadership discussions
  • Work with Finance and Legal on non-standard contract terms and pricing structures for specific deals
  • Contribute to Deal Desk SOPs and internal documentation, flagging gaps and proposing improvements to the Lead and Senior Manager
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close operations to ensure accurate and timely deal execution
