Job Summary

ActiveProspect is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead the execution and optimization of our demand engine across paid media, organic acquisition, website performance, and emerging growth channels.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role is responsible for driving efficient pipeline growth through disciplined experimentation, smart budget allocation, and high-performing acquisition programs.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of marketing, product, and revenue, translating growth priorities into execution across channels and funnel stages.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in paid social, SEO, and conversion optimization, along with a strong track record of identifying and scaling new growth opportunities across channels such as CTV, Reddit, and other emerging platforms.

Responsibilities:

Demand Execution & Pipeline Growth
  • Lead the execution of demand generation programs across paid media, SEO, website acquisition, retargeting, and emerging channels
  • Drive qualified pipeline growth, balancing volume, quality, and efficiency
  • Align demand execution with ICP, product positioning, and revenue goals
Experimentation & Growth Engine
  • Build and operate a structured experimentation framework across channels, audiences, creative, and funnel experiences
  • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and clear scale/stop decision criteria
  • Continuously test and evaluate new acquisition opportunities including CTV, Reddit, programmatic, and other emerging platforms
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
  • Own day-to-day paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels
  • Optimize targeting, creative, and spend to drive pipeline and revenue—not just leads
  • Continuously improve cost efficiency, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
SEO, Website & Conversion Optimization
  • Partner with content and web teams to grow high-intent organic traffic through SEO
  • Own website and landing page performance, improving visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
  • Implement and scale CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices
Budget Allocation & Investment Decisions
  • Own day-to-day demand generation budget allocation across channels
  • Continuously reallocate spend based on performance, experimentation results, and pipeline impact
  • Make data-driven investment decisions grounded in CAC, ROI, and conversion performance
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align demand efforts with pipeline goals
  • Ensure tight feedback loops between traffic, lead quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes
  • Support both PLG and sales-assisted growth motions
Measurement & Insights
  • Own reporting across demand channels, including performance, attribution, and experimentation results
  • Establish clear visibility into pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and channel performance
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve growth outcomes

Qualifications and Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in SaaS, martech, adtech, or lead-generation environments
  • Proven success scaling paid media programs (especially paid social) with strong ROI discipline
  • Strong experience with SEO, web traffic strategy, and conversion rate optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute experimentation frameworks that drive measurable growth
  • Experience testing and scaling new channels (CTV, Reddit, programmatic, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in pipeline metrics, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, HubSpot/Salesforce, paid media platforms, and BI tools
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven acquisition environments
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing, attribution models, or media mix optimization
  • Experience managing agencies or cross-channel programs
