The person we're looking for

We’re seeking a Senior Designer with a proven ability to support UX projects. This includes thorough design research, the creation of polished project deliverables, and providing strong conceptual thinking in response to a design brief. You will have client-facing opportunities during the course of a project and should be able to articulate your design choices, and develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.


Job Overview

Some things you will be responsible for: 

  • Produce work that meets Multiplayer's expectations around quality, and guide junior team members through the completion of high-quality deliverables
  • Identify and analyze more complex problems and identify causes and solutions with minimal oversight 
  • Adapt to changes in project scope, team dynamics, or workflow with minimal supervision, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in unclear situations
  • Help facilitate the execution of research and transform the insights into actionable design opportunities
  • Produce interactive prototypes, to test ideas and gather user feedback
  • Create rapid iterations to speed up decision making
  • Facilitate client workshop activities to gain insights from our key audiences
  • Articulate the value of good design in our client communications, to influence design outcomes and build trust with clients partners
  • Support the creation of visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate key information
  • Utilize strong storytelling skills to tap into human emotions
  • Maintain regular client syncs to manage client expectations
  • Contribute to the creation of pitch presentations and other relevant assets in support of winning new business, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity, values, and offerings

Requirements
  • Proven 4 years full-time industry experience as a UX designer
  • Portfolio we can access
  • Must have a minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
