We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Senior Designer to join our growing team. This individual will lead creative direction, elevate our brand, and design powerful SaaS and AI experiences for the global venture capital community. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, storytellers, and engineers to craft visuals that inspire founders, investors, and our team—making our venture ideas look as smart as they truly are.

The Senior Designer’s responsibilities include:
- Lead the creative direction for Decile Group’s brand and product experiences
- Design compelling visuals for web, product, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into engaging visual assets
- Create powerful SaaS and AI experiences for the VC community
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
- Test and iterate on design concepts based on feedback and data
- Inspire and mentor other team members on design best practices
- Stay ahead of design trends and apply them to keep our brand fresh and impactful
What You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in digital, product, or brand design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and hands-on execution
- Expertise in major design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Experience designing for SaaS, web, and AI-driven products
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- High emotional intelligence and intuition
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with feedback and data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup
