Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with over 5+ years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and demonstrate a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and automation solutions using Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and Ansible.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience designing, deploying, and maintaining highly available and scalable infrastructure on GCP
  • 5+ years' experience developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools for efficient and automated software delivery
  • 3+ years' experience utilizing Terraform to manage infrastructure as code, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Azure and GCP environments including cloud certifications
  • Experience in DevOps, platform/library release management, and Agile practices (leading Agile ceremonies such as: sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives)
  • Advanced proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools, and cloud-native technologies
  • Expertise in infrastructure security and cost optimization
  • Familiarity with CNCF ecosystem tools and trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and reliability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
