We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and lead the delivery of secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure for Ren’s digital services. You’ll be an expert in Terraform, Kubernetes, and either Azure or AWS, and play a key role in mentoring and upskilling other engineers while driving DevOps and infrastructure-as-code best practices across teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Manage and scale containerized workloads using Kubernetes.
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill engineers to strengthen DevOps and cloud capabilities across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot systems, improve processes, and advocate for automation, observability, and operational excellence.
  • Champion the use of Git-based workflows, branching strategies, and effective source control practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to align infrastructure with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience with deep expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and Azure or AWS.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell and Python.
  • Proven experience with Git and modern source control strategies (branching, pull requests, CI integration).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical team members.
  • Passion for automation, cloud security, and reliability.
