Risepoint is an education technology company that provides world-class support and trusted expertise to more than 100 universities and colleges. We primarily work with regional universities, helping them develop and grow their high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in critical areas such as nursing, teaching, business, and public service. Risepoint is dedicated to increasing access to affordable education so that more students, especially working adults, can improve their careers and meet employer and community needs.

The Impact You Will Make

You’ll be the operational backbone of Risepoint’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP) transformation — the person who keeps complex, multi-team programs on track and moving. While others set strategy and roadmap, you’ll be the connective tissue: owning project plans, driving cross-functional alignment, clearing blockers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role sits at the center of a high-visibility initiative that will reshape how Risepoint delivers digital experiences for 100+ university partners.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end project management for the DXP platform, including intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery across SEO, Content, UX, and CRO workstreams
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and status reporting for the DXP program, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and unblocked
  • Partner closely with the DXP Marketing Ops Senior Manager and the Sr. Director DXP to coordinate readiness across partner launch waves and platform releases
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, status updates and other DXP meetings as needed, own agendas, action items, and follow-through
  • Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively, escalating to senior management when needed
  • Develop and optimize project workflows and processes within WorkFront
  • Contribute to shared PMO standards and practices, ensuring consistency and visibility across the Digital Experience team
  • Support management reporting needs by preparing program documentation, dashboards, and executive-ready updates on program status and milestones
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate the creation of program documentation, status reports, and analytical summaries — applying judgment on when and how to use AI effectively to improve output quality and team efficiency

What Success Looks Like

  • DXP projects have clear timelines, responsibilities and deliverables, with clear accountability and alignment
  • Cross-functional teams have high confidence in project status and know exactly where to go to get unblocked
  • Partner launch waves are well-coordinated, with all teams providing inputs on schedule and no surprises at go-live

How Impact Will be Measured in the First Year

  • On-time delivery rate across DXP program milestones and partner launch waves
  • Clear communication and governance procedures well established
  • Positive feedback from cross-functional stakeholders on process clarity, responsiveness, and communication quality

What You'll Bring to the Team

Experience That Matters Most

  • 5–8 years of experience in project or program management within digital marketing, web operations, or technology environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools for tracking, intake, and reporting
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills — you can run a meeting, write a crisp status update, and present to leadership without breaking a sweat

Experience That's Great to Have

  • Experience supporting large-scale platform migrations or digital transformation programs
  • Background in higher education, EdTech, or multi-brand/multi-partner environments
  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • Exposure to digital experience platforms (DXPs) such as Optimizely, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager
