The Senior Digital Product Operations Specialist is a senior individual contributor responsible for hands-on execution, quality assurance, and technical validation across digital product and patient-facing digital growth workflows. This role operates deep within the marketing technology stack, IT integrations, and vendor platforms to identify friction, validate functionality, and ensure initiatives are fully implemented and production-ready.
This role partners closely with the Director of Digital & Growth Marketing and serves as the execution and QA owner for complex digital growth work spanning patient experience, automation, analytics, and system integrations. Strategic direction, prioritization, budget ownership, and agency management remain Director-owned.

Here is what you will need:
- 5+ years experience in digital growth operations, marketing technology, product operations, or similar execution-focused roles
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks (CMS, automation, analytics, scheduling, integrations)
- Experience supporting automation-first or AI-assisted workflows (AI-native mindset preferred; no model ownership required)
- Working knowledge of UX principles related to usability, conversion, and friction reduction
- Experience with CMS platforms (Drupal preferred)
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for inspection, troubleshooting, and collaboration with developers
- Experience validating analytics, tagging, automation logic, and conversion signals
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and QA discipline
- Comfortable operating as a senior IC without strategy, budget, or people management ownership
- Strong hands-on execution mindset with comfort working across complex, integrated marketing technology environments
- Ability to debug workflows that span UX, automation, analytics, and system integrations
- Experience rapidly prototyping solutions to test and validate improvements before full implementation
- Experience working directly with IT teams and third-party vendors
- Demonstrated ownership of QA, audits, and implementation validation
- Familiarity with modern marketing automation and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to operate independently within Director-defined priorities and strategy
A Day in the Life of a Senior Digital Product Operations Specialist:
- Provide services and support for the following areas:
- Work hands-on across the marketing technology stack to execute, test, and validate growth workflows
- Rapidly prototype workflow improvements, UX changes, and logic updates to reduce friction and accelerate delivery
- Diagnose issues across user journeys, automation logic, integrations, and data flows
- Perform detailed QA, audits, and edge-case testing across digital experiences and tools
- Validate IT, vendor, and platform integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
- Support and QA automation- and AI-enabled workflows (e.g., intake, routing, scheduling, document handling)
- Identify root causes of drop-off, failure points, or inefficiencies within systems
- Translate findings into clear, build-ready tasks, fixes, and recommendations
- Partner with IT, vendors, and internal teams to resolve implementation issues
- Ensure changes are fully validated before stakeholder or executive review
