The Role

  • Own post-sale success: onboarding, delivery oversight, reporting, renewals, and upsells
  • Partner tightly with our Campaign Director to ensure flawless execution
  • Elevate quality, insight, and commercial outcomes across all accounts
  • Build the foundations of a scalable client org as we grow in the US

This role is for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.

  • Provide strategic direction and expectations for delivery
  • Push the boundaries of creative strategy on Discord
  • Review and approve content strategy, positioning, and narrative
  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and feel community-native
