Our low-code governance domain helps ensure security, compliance, and best practices across app development. We are a team of experienced and passionate product managers who drive product vision, define customer needs, and collaborate to deliver innovative solutions.
The App Engine Engineering group at ServiceNow is growing rapidly and is looking for a talented and experienced Senior director to join and lead multiple teams of engineers working on App Engine which allows our customers to easily low-code or no-code applications. If you are a passionate leader looking for an opportunity to shape the future of developer experiences and drive innovation in a fast-growing organization, this is the role for you. This leader owns the core technology and user experience we use to help our customers build, deploy, and run custom SaaS-based business applications.
This individual will be a high potential technology leader who understands technical and business realities and can articulate both a near-term action plan and a long-term vision and exert positive influence on the rapid achievement of milestones. The Senior Director will have a track record in the delivery of software products with proven experience in building, managing and motivating a strong distributed team of web developers and software engineers responsible for developing and deploying web-scale, SaaS-based solutions according to customer and business requirements.

To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
10+ years in engineering leadership, with experience building and scaling distributed teams of software engineers. You've led multiple teams and shipped products that developers love.

Cross-functional fluency. You work effectively across business units, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders without losing focus on your core mission.
