Vice President, Global Partner Marketing
Role Overview
As the Vice President, Global Partner Marketing, you will be the driving force behind Cloudflare's worldwide partner marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Partner Officer, you will be responsible for building and scaling a global marketing function that empowers and engages our entire partner ecosystem, including channel partners, distributors, global system integrators (GSIs), managed service providers (MSPs), service providers (SPs) and technology alliances.
This is a strategic leadership role that requires a blend of visionary thinking, operational excellence, and executive level collaboration. You will lead a high performing team to create and execute data driven marketing programs that significantly increase partner sourced revenue, expand market reach, and establish Cloudflare as a top partner of choice.
You'll work closely with partner sales, product marketing, field marketing, and corporate communications to drive joint pipeline, increase partner-sourced revenue, and scale the impact of our partner programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Strategy & Vision: Define, own, and evangelize the global partner marketing vision and strategy. Align marketing initiatives with Cloudflare's corporate goals and partner sales objectives to drive exponential growth across all partner segments.
- Global Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class global partner marketing organization. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration to maximize team performance and impact.
- Ecosystem Demand Generation: Direct the creation of integrated co-marketing campaigns and repeatable programs that generate a robust joint pipeline with our most strategic partners. Oversee the effective use of Market Development Funds (MDF) to drive measurable ROI.
- Partner Enablement & Communications: Architect a comprehensive partner enablement strategy. Ensure partners have the messaging, content, and tools they need to effectively sell Cloudflare's portfolio.
- Performance & Analytics: Establish and track a global dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of partner marketing efforts, including partner sourced revenue, pipeline, and engagement. Use data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role focused on global partner or channel marketing within the SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud industry.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives, both internally and with partners.
- Global Experience: Demonstrated success in building and leading global, distributed teams and developing high-impact marketing strategies across different regions and partner types.
- Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of the partner ecosystem, including go-to-market motions with resellers, distributors, GSIs, technology alliances, and marketplaces.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of modern marketing technologies, including PRM systems (e.g., Impartner), partner automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
