OneSpan is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented individual to drive GTM analytics, forecasting, and AI-enabled decision support across the GTM organization. This role will sit in the Revenue Operations organization and will drive the intersection of data, finance, operations, and emerging AI technologies, partnering cross-functionally with executive leadership to transform complex data into actionable business insights. 

The ideal candidate brings deep experience modernizing data infrastructure, leading forecasting and operational analytics initiatives, and driving practical adoption of AI-enabled tooling within high-growth and enterprise environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the development and execution of GTM analytics and AI strategy initiatives aligned to organizational priorities. 
  • Build scalable reporting, forecasting, and KPI frameworks that support executive decision-making. 
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics tools and workflows across GTM organization  
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, IT and executive stakeholders to solve complex operational and strategic problems. 
  • Design and implement scalable data infrastructure and governance processes supporting operational excellence and future growth. 
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, actionable insights, and measurable outcomes. 
  • Develop executive-facing dashboards, reporting systems, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, revenue performance, territory alignment, capacity planning, and customer insights through advanced analytics and AI.
  • Support forward-deployed or consultative analytics engagements with strategic customers and partners as needed. 

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, financial analytics, data science, strategy, or related fields. 
  • Strong background in forecasting, financial modeling, KPI development, and operational analytics. 
  • Experience driving enterprise AI adoption, applied AI initiatives, or AI-enabled analytics transformation.
  • Deep expertise with modern analytics and data technologies including SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Experience operating within high-growth startup and/or enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience within SaaS, Subscription, Cloud Security Software, Financial Services, or AI-native organizations. 
  • Experience building forecasting systems at scale. 
  • Exposure to agentic AI platforms, LLM-enabled workflows, or AI-native analytics tooling.

Salary: $220,000 - $250,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) with a 15 to 20% bonus
