CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to):
Practice Support & Internal Agency Management
- Act as an internal marketing consultant to affiliated practice leaders, assessing local market needs and delivering tailored growth plans.
- Oversee marketing vendors (Strategy Collective and other local groups) with the management and coordination of marketing strategies ensuring approval and satisfaction of practice groups.
- Design and scale a standardized "Marketing Playbook" that newly acquired or affiliated practices can rapidly deploy to increase patient volume.
- Lead local patient campaigns for clinics, focusing on core cardiology services, vein/vascular care, and diagnostic imaging.
- Manage local reputation and footprint, overseeing SEO, Google Business Profiles, and patient review generation for individual doctors and clinics.
- Strengthen the corporate brand to position our company as the premier MSO partner of choice for independent cardiologists and medical groups.
- Support the business development team by creating high-impact case studies, presentations, and data driven collateral that prove how our marketing support grows practice revenue.
- Develop physician-to-physician referral programs to boost patient transfers from primary care providers into our affiliated cardiology practices.
- Build compelling B2B marketing assets (e.g., case studies, data sheets) that demonstrate how corporate marketing support drives patient volume and revenue growth for affiliates.
- Manage a centralized marketing budget, efficiently allocating resources between corporate-level initiatives and practice-specific campaigns.
- Ensure strict healthcare compliance across all corporate and practice marketing assets, strictly adhering to HIPAA, Stark Law, and medical advertising regulations.
- Track and report performance KPIs to both corporate executives and practice stakeholders, demonstrating marketing ROI, cost per lead, and patient volume growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 8–10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a multi-site healthcare environment, MSO, or healthcare marketing agency.
- Cardiology Knowledge: Familiarity with cardiovascular service lines, patient demographics, and referral patterns is highly preferred.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with independent physicians, practice managers, and corporate executives.
- Technical Skills: Experience with multi-location SEO/PPC management, healthcare CRMs, and HIPAA-compliant marketing automation tools.
