POSITION SUMMARY
Newrez is seeking an execution-focused Senior Director of Product – Non-Mortgage to manage and drive the delivery, launch, and scaling of non-mortgage products that extend our homeowner value proposition. This role is accountable for ensuring products are delivered on time, integrated seamlessly into the Newrez ecosystem, and operated with strong performance, customer experience, and financial discipline.
The Senior Director will own the P&L, partner relationship, and the end-to-end execution of the product lifecycle—from build/partner and launch through ongoing optimization—partnering closely with Technology, Data, Marketing, Sales, Servicing, Finance, Risk, Legal and the product partner. Success in this role requires strong program execution, operational rigor, cross-functional leadership, and a relentless focus on outcomes, adoption, and performance.
DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and Partner Relationship of Non-Mortgage Products. Responsible for the execution and delivery of non-mortgage products, ensuring on-time, high-quality launches and operational readiness.
- Drive end-to-end product implementation, including requirements definition, delivery coordination, testing, launch readiness, and go-live execution.
- Execute against a product roadmap in alignment with Commercial Strategy team, with clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability.
- Partner with Technology and Servicing to ensure seamless system integration, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Servicing, Finance, Risk, Legal) to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful product rollout.
- Lead go-to-market execution in partnership with Marketing and Sales, ensuring activation plans, training, and support structures are in place.
- Own post-launch performance management, driving adoption, customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial results.
- Establish and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor product performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Continuously improve product operations through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and process enhancements.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across all product execution and operations.
- Manage vendor and partner execution, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on delivery status, risks, and performance outcomes.
- Perform related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, or delivery leadership within financial services, fintech, or a scaled consumer platform.
- Proven track record of executing and launching consumer financial products in complex, regulated environments.
- Experience owning product delivery outcomes, including timelines, adoption, and operational performance.
- Strong experience working cross-functionally across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Commercial teams.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Working on-site at assigned office location.
- Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.
- Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.
- Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.
- Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.
- Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
- Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
A good faith estimate of the compensation is:
138,500.00 - 259,680.00Compensation for this position may also include other elements, including medical, financial, various paid time off benefits, and a bonus based on individual and company performance, variable or annual.
Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, etc.
