Senior Director - Sales and Marketing practice:

Expertise: Sales and Marketing

Location: Flexible - Madrid/Barcelona/Bilbao

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the commercial growth strategy for the local market, in alignment with the firm’s global positioning and international go-to-market model.

• Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of enterprise and large corporate clients, strengthening long-term strategic partnerships.

• Act as a senior trusted advisor to C-suite executives, CHROs, Sales & Marketing Leaders, and General Managers.

• Diagnose complex organizational and business challenges and co-create high-impact consulting solutions across leadership, commercial performance, change management, and people development.

• Own the full commercial lifecycle end-to-end: opportunity origination, solution shaping, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.

• Lead and coordinate consulting teams involved in proposal development and project delivery, ensuring excellence, consistency, and client impact.

• Collaborate closely with international practices and global Centers of Expertise to localize global capabilities and contribute to solution innovation.

• Actively contribute to the firm’s market positioning as a strategic transformation partner rather than a traditional service provider.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior commercial and consulting roles, ideally within management consulting, HR consulting, or high-value professional services firms.

• Proven track record in business development, enterprise client management, and selling complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements.

• Strong credibility in engaging with senior executive stakeholders and navigating complex decision-making environments.

• Fluency in Spanish and proficient in English; proven exposure to international and multicultural business contexts.

• Strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to anticipate market and client needs.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, authoritative leadership style, and ability to influence without formal authority.

• High level of autonomy, results orientation, and comfort operating in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.

• Strong interest in innovation, advanced consulting models, and transformational people and performance solutions.
