Superside is hiring a Senior Director (Strategic Alliances & Growth) to build and scale partnership-driven revenue channels. Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll turn strategic alliances into a predictable source of enterprise pipeline and revenue, working across AI platforms, customer referrals, and marketing services partners.
This is a highly strategic and operational role focused on building repeatable partnership models, owning commercial outcomes, and driving measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow partnership-driven pipeline and revenue across strategic alliances, referrals, and partner channels.
- Build and scale key platform partnerships (e.g. Canva), establishing Superside as a preferred enterprise partner.
- Identify and develop new alliance opportunities with AI creative platforms and technology partners.
- Design and launch a scalable customer referral program that generates qualified enterprise pipelines.
- Build a partner ecosystem with marketing services firms to drive consistent deal flow.
- Structure and close partnership agreements aligned with commercial and strategic goals.
- Develop repeatable co-sell and co-delivery models across partnership types.
- Partner with Sales to convert partner-sourced opportunities into closed deals.
- Collaborate with Creative, Delivery, and AI teams to ensure successful execution of partner engagements.
- Track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance across pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnership-driven revenue channels.
- Experience owning both partner relationships and commercial outcomes.
- Strong experience structuring and closing enterprise partnership agreements.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, creative technology, or enterprise consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market and channel strategies.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero and scale quickly.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on measurable business impact.
