Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior leader to help shape the future of our company’s growth by building strategic relationships across the upstream data center technology ecosystem – including chip manufacturers, server manufacturers, OEMs, ODMs & Hyperscale’s who are developing the next generation of computing.

The purpose of this role is to give the company early visibility into where compute, server and rack-level architecture are headed, translate those shifts into future cooling and thermal-management requirements, and help position our product roadmap and partnerships ahead of market demand. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong executive-level relationships, and a proven ability to connect technology roadmaps across semiconductor, server, OEM, ODM, and hyperscale ecosystems.

This person will serve as a bridge between external technology leaders and our internal commercial and engineering teams, helping us anticipate future cooling and thermal-management needs and position our products and partnerships ahead of market demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead an ecosystem strategy for upstream data center technology players, including chip manufacturers, server OEMs/ODMs, rack/system designers, hyperscale’s, and other key partners.
  • Build and maintain senior commercial and technical relationships that provide early visibility into computing, server, rack, power, and cooling technology roadmaps.
  • Monitor technology trends in processors, accelerators, server architecture, rack density, power consumption, liquid cooling, and thermal management.
  • Translate external technology trends and partner roadmaps into actionable insights for internal product strategy, engineering priorities, and innovation planning.
  • Connect our engineering and technical teams with counterpart technical teams at strategic partner organizations.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for early design involvement, joint development, co-development, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Help position the company to develop products and solutions that are market-ready as next-generation technologies are commercialized.
  • Influence internal planning by providing forward-looking market intelligence rather than relying solely on direct customer requests.
  •  Represent the company at key industry events, consortiums, standards groups, and executive meetings.

Education/Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior-level business development, strategic partnerships, or market development experience in one or more of the following:
  • Data center infrastructure/Thermal management / cooling/ Server hardware/Semiconductor / chip ecosystem/Digital infrastructure
  • Strong existing network of contacts within chip manufacturers, server manufacturers, OEMs, ODMs, and related technology providers.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships that lead to strategic partnerships, co-development opportunities, or early access to product/technology roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of how semiconductors and server technology impact data center infrastructure requirements, especially cooling and thermal design.
  • Experience working across technical and commercial teams and translating market direction into product strategy.
  • Executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders, engineers, and product teams across multiple organizations.
  • Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in international business environments and cross-cultural collaboration preferred.
  • Experience working with or selling into hyperscale’s, colocation providers, server manufacturers, or semiconductor companies.
  • Familiarity with emerging cooling technologies, including liquid cooling, direct-to-chip, immersion, high-density rack cooling, and related thermal solutions.
  • Participation in industry associations, standards bodies, or technical forums relevant to data centers, servers, or advanced computing.
  • Proven ability to identify future market requirements before formal customer demand is established.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Generous vacation and paid time off
  • 401K retirement savings plan with employer matching
  • Professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, and conference attendance
  • Company-sponsored social events and team-building activities
