At Phillips, we don’t settle for incremental improvement, we pursue breakthrough performance. That means challenging assumptions, eliminating inefficiencies, and continuously raising the bar on what’s possible.

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist who thrives in that kind of environment. In this role, you will play a central part in transforming how our business operates by ensuring our ERP platform is not just functional, but a true competitive advantage. You’ll work hands-on within the system while collaborating across teams to drive automation, accuracy, and real-time visibility across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a continuous improvement mindset—someone who sees systems not as static tools, but as platforms for ongoing transformation.

How you will contribute mightily to the Phillips Mission:

  • Ensure the performance and continuous optimization of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform, working closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align system capabilities with business needs
  • Lead and actively contribute to hands-on development and configuration, including X++ customizations, workflows, and system enhancements in collaboration with developers and technical teams
  • Guide and participate in the development of system integrations, partnering cross-functionally to connect F&O with CRM, Power Platform, and third-party systems to improve data flow and reduce manual processes
  • Work with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements, leveraging F&O capabilities to increase efficiency, automation, and scalability
  • Support reporting and analytics development, collaborating with business and data teams to enable actionable insights through Power BI, SSRS, and dashboards
  • Maintain system integrity, security, and compliance, coordinating with Finance and IT to ensure audit readiness and effective controls
  • Coordinate and contribute to platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements, in alignment with internal teams and Microsoft release cycles
  • Contribute as a technical leader within the team, mentoring others, sharing best practices, and helping resolve complex system challenges collaboratively

What Success Looks Like

  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of current F&O configurations, integrations, and business processes
  • Identify and deliver high-impact improvements that reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency
  • Build strong partnerships across IT and business teams, becoming a trusted technical leader
  • Ensure the F&O platform consistently enables—not limits—business performance

What you will need to become a Phillips Virtuoso:

Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with X++ development, configuration, and system customization
  • Experience with Azure-based integrations (Logic Apps, APIs, Data Integrator, etc.)
  • Functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modules (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Inventory)
  • Experience supporting reporting and analytics solutions (Power BI, SSRS)

Technical Stack

  • Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform
  • SQL Server, APIs (REST/OData), DevOps/LCS

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into business value

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $150,000.00 and $175,000.00 per year. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
