JOB DUTIES: Responsible for designing scalable software architectures and developing robust, maintainable code across the full stack. Collaborate closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Partner with user experience designers to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces. Rigorously test software to ensure quality, performance, and reliability. Guide junior engineers and contribute to cross-functional team success.

     

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and 8 years of progressive experience in Software Development Engineering. Employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and 5 years of experience in Software Development Engineering in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8 years of progressive experience.

 

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with: 
 
1)   6 years (5 years with a Master’s degree) of experience in Java
2)   4 years of experience in JavaScript
3)   4 years of experience in JavaScript based UI frameworks
4)   4 years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases
5)   4 years of experience building microservices in Cloud-based environments
6)   2 years of experience with Restful API development
7)   2 years of experience setting up or working with CI/CD pipelines
8)   source code management tools
 
Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.  

Base Pay Range for this position: $184,974 – $200,000.
