About the Role

SearchStax is expanding our Strategic Enterprise sales team and looking for a high-performing Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expansions across large enterprise organizations.

This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise seller who enjoys developing executive relationships, navigating complex buying committees, and winning transformational SaaS opportunities.

You'll own a strategic territory, build relationships with senior business and technology leaders, and work closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to help organizations modernize their digital search experiences with AI-powered technology.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact while helping shape the next stage of SearchStax's enterprise growth.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close.

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans for strategic enterprise prospects.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive networking, partner relationships, industry events, and referrals.

  • Identify customer business challenges and position SearchStax as a strategic solution.

  • Conduct executive-level discovery with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Lead demonstrations and value-based sales engagements alongside Solutions Engineering.

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees using the MEDDPICC methodology.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close strategic new-logo and expansion opportunities.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within Salesforce.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering to create winning account strategies.

What You Must Have 

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise organizations.

  • Proven track record of winning complex six-figure and seven-figure opportunities.

  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple business units and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CIOs, CMOs, CTOs, Digital Experience leaders, and other senior decision-makers.

  • Consistent history of exceeding quota.

  • Experience using Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and AI productivity tools.

  • Experience with MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Pay Transparency

  • Base Salary: The OTE for this role is estimated to be $250,000-$300,000 OTE ($125k - $150k - base | $125k - $150k commissions).

  • Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.

  • Additional Benefits: Beyond base salaries, SearchStax employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, with potential for equity and performance-based bonuses.
