We work in Insurance, Finance, Home Services, and Subscription. We have exclusive media, strong data, and clients who grow with us because the results hold up. We are expanding and looking for the right person to lead that growth on the sales side.

The Role

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has spent years closing enterprise accounts and knows how to move complex deals forward. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to close, with a focus on landing and scaling marquee enterprise brands across our core verticals. High autonomy. Judged on results.

What You Will Own

  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise targets in Insurance, Finance, and Home Services
  • Lead discovery, pitch, and negotiation with senior marketing and acquisition leaders at large brands
  • Close new accounts and hand off to our Account Management and Publisher Management teams to ensure clients launch, perform, and scale
  • Represent Madrivo at key industry events and conferences
  • Set the bar for enterprise sales at a company with real momentum

What Success Looks Like

  • Year 2: $1.6M
  • A growing portfolio of enterprise clients who expand their spend because the results are there

Who You Are

  • Proven track record closing enterprise B2B deals, ideally in performance marketing, lead generation, or digital advertising
  • Comfortable and credible with VP and C-suite buyers
  • You know how to run a long sales cycle without losing momentum
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Existing relationships in the space you can activate quickly

Why Madrivo

  • Competitive base plus uncapped commission
  • Full autonomy over how you build your book
  • Access to technology, media, and creative assets that help you win
  • Clear path to leadership as the sales org scales
