About Bear Robotics: Why Now Is the Time to Join

At Bear Robotics, we’re transforming service delivery in mission-critical environments through smart, autonomous robots that support teams, improve resident experiences, and unlock scalable operational efficiency.

With thousands of robots deployed globally, we’ve already reshaped how restaurants, hotels, and campuses handle service tasks. Now, we’re bringing that same innovation to the senior living sector—where consistent service, reliable labor, and dignified care are more important than ever.

As senior living operators face staffing shortages, rising costs, and pressure to deliver consistent hospitality and care, Bear Robotics is uniquely positioned to support dining operations, internal transport, and cleaning workflows with reliable, human-friendly automation. Our suite includes tray delivery robots, internal transport units, and autonomous vacuum and floor-cleaning robots—all designed to assist staff, not replace them.

We’re at the beginning of this journey—and we’re looking for a strategic sales leader to help open the market, win lighthouse customers, and define the future of robotics in senior living.

The Role

We’re hiring a senior enterprise sales executive to lead our expansion into the senior living vertical. You’ll be responsible for identifying key accounts, structuring pilot programs, building ROI models, and driving multi-site rollouts with some of the largest senior living groups in the country.

This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who deeply understands the senior living space—either from the operator side, vendor sales, or industry partnerships—and can work across C-suite, dining, facilities, and housekeeping teams to bring automation into their workflows.

You’ll collaborate closely with Bear’s internal teams (Product, Legal, Deployment, TAMs) and help shape our approach to this critical, values-driven vertical.

Why It’s Great to Be Here

  • Join a company at an inflection point — you’ll have high visibility and significant impact
  • Work with an ambitious team, in the heart of the Senior Living ecosystem, changing how resident services work
  • Opportunity for career growth as we move into enterprise and new verticals
  • Join a purpose-driven mission that’s shaping the future—improving operations, delighting guests, and transforming how service works.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Bear Robotics’ sales efforts in the senior living sector, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to rollout
  • Engage top senior living groups (e.g., Brookdale, Sunrise, Atria, LCS, Benchmark, etc.) to identify early adopter opportunities
  • Structure and lead pilot deployments for dining delivery, internal logistics, and autonomous cleaning (vacuum + floor scrubbers)
  • Build ROI-driven business cases showing improvements in staff productivity, service consistency, and operational cost
  • Navigate a multi-stakeholder sales process involving executives, dining services, housekeeping, and regional ops leaders
  • Work with internal teams to ensure pilots are scoped, supported, and scaled effectively
  • Attend senior living industry events, facility walkthroughs, and C-suite strategy sessions as a category expert

Your Impact

  • As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll drive significant impact by closing 6-10 enterprise deals within your first year, focusing on opportunities that deploy 20 or more robots per deal. Your strategic efforts will contribute to an impressive revenue target of $1.26M–$2.1M in total contract value, powered by our innovative RaaS pricing model.

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the Senior Living industry (leadership, operations, vendor solutions, or technology sales into Senior Living communities)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (in full sales cycle role: prospecting, outreach, pitching, closing, and expanding).
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise deals (preferably in Senior Living, hospitality, or robotics/automation)
  • Excellent executive‑presence, comfortable engaging C‑suite and senior operational leadership in Senior Living groups
  • Ability to build credible ROI models and value propositions that align with Senior Living business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organisational structures and stakeholder networks
  • Passion for technology, automation, the future of Senior Living – and a desire to lead in a fast‑moving environment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Actual compensation will be determined during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, performance history, and geographic location.
