Event Execution
  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale global events as well as our virtual user conference
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to define engagement strategies and event goals
  • Own logistics, vendor management, creative production, and communications for global activations
  • Support partner-facing events (e.g., trainings and ecosystem activations) alongside Partner Marketing
  • Collaborate with Content and Brand to maintain a centralized library of event assets and formats for global reuse
Reporting, Enablement & Communications
  • Track and report on event performance, including ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics
  • Deliver post-event reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Create enablement materials (playbooks, templates, guides) to scale event execution globally
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales Enablement to align content with go-to-market priorities

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in event or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Experience executing large-scale events across multiple regions for a fast moving SaaS organization
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with the following ecosystems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com) is a plus
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, RingCentral
  • Comfortable working across time zones and traveling up to 20%
