We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys being the trusted partner behind a high-performing executive team. This is more than a traditional executive assistant role.

You'll support the Chief Legal Officer while partnering across Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, Human Resources, ESG, and the Office of the Corporate Secretary to help keep critical priorities moving forward.

Why This Role Stands Out:
This is an opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to agilon's Chief Legal Officer, supporting one of the company's senior executives and helping drive the successful execution of a broad portfolio of priorities across Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, Human Resources, ESG, and the Office of the Corporate Secretary.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the CLO's organization operates efficiently by coordinating executive priorities, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting Board of Directors and Committee activities that are essential to strong corporate governance.

What You'll Do:
•    Manage the Chief Legal Officer's complex calendar, travel, expenses, and executive communications while anticipating priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
•    Coordinate meetings and initiatives across Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, ESG, Human Resources, and executive leadership.
•    Support Board of Directors and Committee meetings by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, preparing materials, and managing end-to-end meeting logistics.
•    Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, Executive Assistants, and the Office of the Corporate Secretary for meeting coordination and planning.
•    Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, and team events, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed.
•    Partner with HR leadership to support employee engagement activities, leadership meetings, communications, and special projects.
•    Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting materials while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
•    Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by tracking action items, following up with stakeholders, and helping teams stay organized and on schedule.
•    Provide in-person support for executive meetings and events in the New York office as needed.

What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications

•    Significant experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and competing priorities with minimal direction.
•    Experience supporting executive leadership, Board meetings, or governance activities preferred.
•    Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•    Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities.
•    Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
•    Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with executives, Board members, and cross-functional partners.
•    Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills with a customer-service mindset.
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling highly sensitive legal, governance, and personnel matters.
•    Professional presence with excellent judgment and the ability to represent executive leadership with confidence.
