- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Coordinate meetings across stakeholders, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-ups
- Serve as a key point of contact for administrative and scheduling inquiries
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, and employee events
- Coordinate logistics including travel, venues, catering, and communicationsSupport hiring processes through interview scheduling and candidate coordination
- Handle financial administrative tasks (POs, expenses, accruals, vendor coordination)
- Maintain communication channels, distribution lists, and organized systems
- Provide cross-functional and ad hoc administrative support with a service-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, offsites, or corporate events (preferred)
- Familiarity with procurement, expense reporting, and/or basic financial processes (preferred)
- Experience supporting HR or cross-functional leadership teams (preferred)
