JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Setup, Trafficking & Execution
 

  • Own end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, timely delivery, and smooth performance across Astro's ad network.
  • Ensure accurate ad trafficking, creative uploads, and tracking implementations for all campaigns.
  • QA creative assets, third-party tags, tracking pixels, and ad placements to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Campaign Planning Manager to align execution with advertiser goals.

Campaign Monitoring & Performance Optimization
 

  • Monitor daily campaign performance (e.g., impression delivery, pacing, click-through rates, conversions) and flag underperformance for adjustments.
  • Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, tweaking targeting, and refining bid strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Track and analyse key KPIs (eCPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, viewability) to proactively adjust tactics for better results.
  • Ensure campaigns stay within budget and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
     

Troubleshooting & Technical Support
 

  • Work closely with ad tech and operations teams to troubleshoot tracking errors, discrepancies, and ad delivery issues.
  • Ensure all tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion tracking are properly implemented and functioning correctly.
  • Liaise with ad verification vendors (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify) to ensure compliance with viewability and brand safety standards.
     

Reporting & Insights
 

  • Generate weekly and post-campaign performance reports, highlighting key learnings and optimization recommendations.
  • Assist in campaign analysis by identifying trends, testing new strategies, and providing data-driven insights.
  • Keep track of spend pacing, delivery reports, and KPI benchmarks to ensure campaigns meet expectations.
  • Conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis, identifying insights to improve future campaign execution.
  • Ensure that learnings from past campaigns are applied to improve future planning and execution.

Continuous Learning & Industry Trends
 

  • Stay up to date with new features, updates, and best practices across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
  • Test and implement new ad formats, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques to drive campaign success.
  • Share insights with the team on emerging trends, platform updates, and innovative approaches to digital advertising.
     

Team Management & SLA Enforcement
 

  • Lead and mentor Digital Campaign Executives, ensuring they work together to achieve campaign KPIs and delivery goals.
  • Enforce best practices and SLA adherence, ensuring campaigns follow standard workflows and meet quality expectations.
  • Develop and implement checklists, SOPs, and process improvements to minimize execution errors.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team and ensure consistent execution standards.

Requirements:
 

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Advertising/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media campaign execution, trafficking, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Xandr, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and viewability metrics.
  • Experience with tracking tools, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels.
  • Proficiency in ad operations, troubleshooting ad delivery issues, and working with ad verification tools (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and implement optimizations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills to ensure seamless campaign execution.
