Haldren is a global recruitment firm focused on senior and executive placements across the US and Europe. We are looking for a high-performing Recruiter who wants international exposure, access to global markets, and strong commission upside.

You’ll be supported by advanced recruitment systems and a dedicated marketing function, allowing you to focus on delivery rather than admin.

Key Points:
  • Competitive base salary plus commission
  • Senior-level roles only (average monthly commission: 75,000–150,000 ZAR)
  • No desk fees
  • Exclusive client mandates
  • Full training provided — no international experience required
  • Success driven by motivation, consistency, and energy
  • Note: We operate on South African time, with evening calls often extending until 9 or 10 PM. Daytime hours are flexibly arranged to accommodate this schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview and assess management and executive-level candidates
  • Work closely with sourcing teams to maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Track and analyze recruitment performance to improve results continuously


Requirements
  • Solid background in professional recruitment with a clear understanding of agency operations

  • Proven ability to source, assess, and progress leadership-level candidates

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong energy and initiative

  • Experience managing processes and applying sound judgment to solve problems

  • Confident, professional communicator when working with international clients

  • Interest in building relationships across global markets

  • Comfortable positioning and selling recruitment services

  • Highly driven, focused, and ambitious


  • Qualifications


  • Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment or partnership-focused roles

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
