What You Get to Do:
- Partner across the organization to strategize and execute amazing experiences that drive the business forward with key accounts
- Liaise directly with partner marketing managers at key accounts to develop marketing strategies that will grow our relationships and sales pipeline
- Strategize, plan and execute all aspects of events including goal setting, speaking sessions, audience acquisition, pre, post and on-site logistics, budget management, and measurement to ensure the success of these events
- Coordinate event marketing lead processes and communication mechanisms including event promotion, follow up and nurture with demand generation and content teams
- Collaborate internally across teams to ensure events achieve goals
- Manage and oversee events on the day of as required, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing deliveries/vendors
- Pre, onsite and post event logistical management
- Conceptualize and design event inventory that align with our evolving branding and corporate culture
- Think big to deliver new ideas and creative approaches to constantly improve the customer experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in Enterprise SaaS
- Experience building, executing, and scaling corporate events, including major trade shows and smaller regional events targeting enterprise clients
- Operational mindset with the ability to find efficiencies and create processes that help scale the field marketing program as the organization grows
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to find creative solutions to challenges
- Experience presenting progress and outcomes to senior leadership
- Capable of directly owning and managing all elements of field programs from conception to measurement, including but not limited to: strategy, project management, vendor negotiation and management, production, event registration, data gathering/reporting, evaluations, speaker engagement, cross-functional partnering, lead processing and follow up
- Able to influence at multiple levels without authority
- Thrives in an ambiguous environment; can independently remove blockers and make decisions autonomously
- Exhibits ability to stay calm under pressure; resilient to setbacks (which we all know are common with events!)
- Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and partner teams to strategize, communicate, and deliver event experiences that resonate deeply with customers along buyer's journey
- Prior experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms strongly preferred
- Willing to travel at least 30%.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA strongly preferred
