What Makes You Successful in This Role

This role is ideal for someone who sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Business Transformation. You've likely spent your career improving how finance operates—not just executing finance processes. You’ll help modernize how decisions get made, how data is used, and how finance shows up as a strategic driver—not just a reporting function.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, FP&A, or related business transformation roles, with a strong understanding of planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and close processes.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment, including familiarity with operational finance, supply chain, inventory, cost accounting, or plant finance processes.
  • Proven track record leading finance process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or systems optimization initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) to support finance operations, reporting, planning, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.   • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior finance leaders, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and influence stakeholders across Finance, IT, Data, and Operations.
  • Exceptional communication and change management skills, with the ability to drive adoption, build consensus, and lead through transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading or supporting ERP, EPM, CPM, or finance technology implementations
  • Background in Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, or Financial Systems organizations
  • Experience with automation and workflow technologies such as Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar platforms
  • Experience working in a global, complex, or highly matrixed organization
  • Prior consulting experience supporting finance transformation, operating model design, or technology-enabled business change
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, CBIP, or relevant finance technology certifications

Even better if you’ve…

  • Led or significantly influenced a finance transformation or system implementation
  • Worked with automation or advanced analytics tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Helped scale processes in a growing or complex organization

PAY

$84,400 – $160,000 / year
