Overview:
Join Revvity as a USCAN Commercial Senior Financial Analyst and become the strategic finance partner driving commercial success across our Platform and Reagents Segments in North America. In this fully remote role (Eastern hours), you'll sit at the intersection of finance and commercial strategy, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that fuel business growth and profitability.
As a trusted advisor to commercial leaders, you'll own the full commercial income statement—from forecasting and reporting to deep-dive analysis—while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategic decisions. Your expertise in product margin analysis, pricing dynamics, and volume trends will be instrumental in optimizing our portfolio performance and driving sustainable profitability across key business segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for forecasting, reporting and analysis of full commercial income statement for the Platform and Reagent segments.
Support USCAN commercial partners in operating rhythms (monthly and quarterly closes), business reviews and FP&A related interactions.
Partner with USCAN commercial leaders to complete planning and forecasting processes.
Monitor and analyze product margin results for supported segments, including understanding the impact of price, volume, and product mix on product profitability.
Provide financial modeling to properly evaluate commercial business decisions, such as deal pricing and commercial investments.
Independently deliver ad-hoc analysis on existing business performance to improve USCAN region performance.
Other tasks as directed by the USCAN Director of Finance and Business Leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance AND
- A minimum of 3 years of corporate finance experience at a multi-national, matrixed organization OR 5 years of corporate experience
Personal Profile:
- Experience in a Financial Leadership Development Program
- Strong analytical & financial modeling skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational and market drivers
- Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects etc. Microsoft Suite of product knowledge required.
- Competitive team player: Self-motivated, high-energy individual.
- Comfortable working with Senior Management. Builds constructive and effective relationships.
- Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences
- Detail focused. Allocates time and resources efficiently, able to adapt to shifting priorities. Meets challenging deadlines with speed and quality.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000.00 - $100,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
