The Senior Financial Planner role at Facet is unlike any other in the industry. We’ve stripped away the "old way" of doing business—no cold calling, no commission-chasing, and no mountains of paperwork. We’ve created a role focused entirely on why you became a planner in the first place: to hone your craft and change lives.

• Sell Life Change, Not Products: We’ve eliminated the pressure of business development. You aren’t a salesperson for a fund; you are a catalyst for behavior change. Because we utilize a flat-fee model (not AUM-based), your advice is always objective. If a member should pay down debt instead of investing, that’s exactly what you’ll tell them.
• Focus on the Member, Not Paperwork: We’ve built a proprietary, AI-enabled tech stack and a dedicated support ecosystem (Trading & Operations, Planner Support, and Member Experience) to take the administrative burden off your plate. You don't gather onboarding data or execute trades; you build relationships.
• Join a Movement: We operate with a "One Facet" mentality—a flat, non-hierarchical structure that eliminates silos. You aren't just joining a company; you’re joining a community of growth-seekers redefining an underserved industry.

As a Sr. Financial Planner, you will act as a financial life coach and guide, helping members make sense of their financial lives through actionable, technology-backed advice.

• Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings per day, motivating members to take action on recommendations that are in their absolute best interest.
• Rapidly build trust and credibility in a remote setting, fostering long-term relationships through a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Emphasize the importance of integrated solutions—including investments—as a part of a holistic life plan.
• Partner with our Trading and Investment Ops teams to manage portfolios and tax strategies, while providing feedback to help improve our proprietary planning tools.
• Efficiently manage your calendar and time to provide an organized experience for your members while staying adaptable to the fast-paced energy of a scaling firm.

• CFP® Designation (Required)
• 3+ years of member-facing financial planning experience.
• Exceptional written communication and typing skills (speed and accuracy are key).
• Exceptional time and calendar management skills—this is the primary driver of success at Facet.
• Flexibility to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week.
• Reside in the US (MST or PST time zones preferred).

• $110,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
