Job Title:    Senior Financial Systems Analyst     
Reports To:    Director, Financial Systems
FLSA Status:    Exempt
Location:    Shared Services Office, Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Summary:
The Senior Financial Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our financial systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and a strong foundation in accounting through their knowledge and work experience. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst bridges technology and finance, ensuring our systems align with business needs and deliver accurate, efficient financial data.

This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of Finance and IT. You will have the opportunity to play a part that will significantly shape the company’s financial technology landscape by scaling integrations, building innovative financial tools, and ensuring our systems are operating efficiently to meet future growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Participate in the optimization of financial systems, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) and accounting & finance platforms, ensuring integrity, efficiency, and compliance.
•    Maintain and troubleshoot the existing F&O environment serving as a key resource for end user support.
•    Partner with finance and accounting teams to identify inefficiencies and implement system-driven solutions.
•    Assist with new acquisitions, new module rollouts, system upgrades, and integrations with other business applications.
•    Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data across systems.
•    Provide training, create user guides, and support end-users in leveraging system functionality.
•    Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
•    Work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams to align system capabilities with business objectives.
•    Regular, consistent and necessary to meet the needs of the business
•    Assists the leadership of the Finance and Department teams and other team members with various research projects and/or special projects
•    Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
•    Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times

Education/Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
•    4-7 years of experience in financial systems or finance business processes
•    Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
•    Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
•    Exposure or experience with financial reporting tools such as PowerBI, Vena, Anaplan, or Onestream.
•    Experience with ERP implementations or system migrations.
•    Knowledge of financial compliance and internal controls.
•    Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The workplace is in a corporate office environment and the temperature in the work environment is usually moderate. The position’s primary office is the Shared Services, Irving, TX office; however, telework or work at home, on the road, or in a satellite location for portions of the workweek may occur, depending upon project needs and requirements in coordination with your direct supervisor and/or most senior leader of your department. Occasional travel may be required.

•    Must be able to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a workday. 
•    Must be able to lift 15 – 20 lbs.
•    Standing for long periods of time (4-5 hours) occasionally

Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.
