About the company

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the technical side of client engagements from first demonstration through integration and production launch. This role blends hands-on engineering with solution architecture, delivering end-to-end software for external business users while passing practical lessons back to the core product group.

What you'll do

- Lead technical delivery for client accounts, covering demos, requirements discovery, design workshops, implementation and testing.

- Design and build AI-driven agents and analytical products on top of shared internal platform components.

- Connect the software to client systems such as CRMs and consumer apps, working with varied incoming data and building the pipelines to move it.

- Partner with client technical and data staff over video to turn their existing processes into working production solutions.

- Contribute field feedback to the core platform team, roughly 10-20% of your time, to help guide product direction.

- Travel occasionally, around 10-15% of the time.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Between 5 and 15 years of experience delivering customer-facing software, including complex systems that you personally took live rather than only scoped or prototyped.

- A record of owning technical work for clients across the whole engagement, from the sales stage through scoping and rollout.

- Solid architecture skills: shaping complete systems, weighing integration options, drawing clear diagrams and explaining tradeoffs.

- Hands-on work creating data flows and predictive modeling workflows, including handling unstructured content.

- Strong coding ability in Python and TypeScript, plus practical familiarity with data engineering and cloud environments.

- Confident, polished communication with customers, including presenting to senior leaders and leading working sessions.

- A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach and comfort taking on a wide range of responsibilities.

Bonus points

- Prior experience as an early engineer, founder or technical leader at a fast-growing startup.

- Experience building applications powered by large language models or autonomous agents, including prompt design, safeguards and monitoring.

- Exposure to formal machine learning or data science projects in a healthcare setting.
