Senior FP&A Analyst
You will play a key role in building a modern, AI-enabled FP&A function that delivers faster, smarter, and more scalable insights. This role blends traditional financial analysis with hands-on operational work, data transformation, and AI-driven workflow automation. You will help mature our financial tooling, improve how we access and use data, and support leaders across the business with clear, actionable analysis.
What you’ll do:
Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to support business decision-making.
Develop, implement, and refine AI-powered workflows that automate data extraction, cleaning, and reporting.
Build and maintain financial tools, models, and dashboards that improve accuracy, speed, and visibility.
Partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to understand drivers, surface insights, and improve financial processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and increase automation in FP&A operations.
Drive continuous improvement of our reporting and analytics capabilities using modern technologies and AI solutions.
Who you are:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
3+ years experience in finance and accounting, with experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
You’re highly tech-savvy, curious, and energized by building better tools, improving processes, and applying AI to real-world financial problems.
You might thrive in this role if you’re skilled at gathering data from multiple systems, cleaning and organizing it, and creating efficient, repeatable workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including financial modeling, complex formulas, and data automation.
Experience in B2B SaaS, especially in small to midsize companies, is preferred.
Experience with financial systems, data tools, or BI platforms is a plus (Microsoft Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms ).
You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple functional teams.
