The Senior FP&A Specialist oversees financial planning and analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
The Senior FP&A Specialist acts as a primary client contact, leads solution design discussions, provides strategic recommendations, and helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client needs. This role is responsible for managing client engagements from initial scoping through implementation, launch, and post-go-live support.Success Factors

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with clients to assess business objectives, operational challenges, and reporting requirements, and recommend the FP&A modules and solution components best aligned to their needs.
- Integrate FP&A solution and its modules into the client's current financial platforms
- Provide ongoing support after integration (training, prototype sessions)
- Develop and facilitate customized learning to meet the client's needs prior to launch
- Collaborate with the client to build models based on their needs
- Develop and lead implementation strategies, governance structures, and project plans, including facilitation of weekly status meetings, executive updates, and issue-resolution discussions as needed.
- Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, budgets and work with project team through implementation
- Analyze client's current data and provide recommendations on how to integrate into Adaptive Insights
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client, employee, and firm information while upholding professional standards, data security expectations, and firm policies.

- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
- Background in accounting and/or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting/consolidation preferred
- Minimum of five years’ experience in an RKLe approved FP&A solution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SQL (or equivalent databases)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
Essential Functions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client offices to access file cabinets, office machinery etc.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external customers as needed
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel to local and non-local clients as needed, overnight travel may be required

Salary Range:
