By streamlining care delivery and continuously expanding specialty services, we empower our care team to focus on patient well-being while providing the most comprehensive and accessible care possible.

  • Set up analytics and product telemetry to track user engagement and performance. Collaborate on experiments and feature flags to measure impact and guide future improvements.
  • Translate clinician and patient workflows into clear, intuitive user interfaces while maintaining strict data security and privacy standards for protected health information (PHI).
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and full-stack teams to define requirements, plan iterations, and deliver features efficiently and thoughtfully.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years building modern web applications in startup or growth-stage organizations.
  • 4+ years of expertise in frontend development using Javascript and Typescript, with demonstrable experience developing production level applications using React.
  • Proficiency in frontend programming languages such as HTML and CSS.
  • Experience implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity and/or expertise in developing production level applications using Node.js and Express.
  • Familiarity with integration and interaction with SQL (Postgres).
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Comfortable with command-line tools/scripting (Bash, Git, cloud CLIs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the Agile Development Framework and ideally, with the Atlassian set of tools (Jira and Confluence).
  • Proficiency with UI/UX design, wireframing, and related tools (Figma, Adobe, etc).
  • Ability to use customer and internal team input to create functional, creative and user-friendly application pages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.

Benefits

This opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare in a culture where your ideas and contributions have a meaningful impact on the organization's future. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous PTO, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.
