Our Client

Our client is a high-growth startup building a community rewards and loyalty platform that helps leading brands engage and retain their most loyal customers. The product spans both B2B and B2C use cases, with strong early traction and a growing base of paying customers. Backed by well-known investors, the team is fully distributed and brings deep experience launching, scaling, and operating early-stage technology companies.


Job Summary

You’ll help build a community rewards and loyalty platform that enables top brands to engage and retain their most loyal customers. In this role, you’ll develop new web features directly from Figma designs, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners to deliver well-architected, high-quality solutions. You’ll write clean, readable, and testable code while ensuring strong performance and user experience across the application. You’ll also bring awareness of relevant industry trends to create value, and provide critical input into prioritization, planning, and decision-making within your scope of expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new features for our web applications from Figma designs

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver a well-architected and high-quality solution.

  • Write clean, readable, and testable code.

  • Ensurethe best performance and user experience in the application.

  • Leverage an understanding of key trends across the industry to create value.

  • Provide critical input in prioritization, planning, and decision-making within the scope or domain of expertise.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with strong proficiency in React

  • Experience building web apps using Next.js.

  • Solid understanding of GraphQL and experience integrating APIs using tools like TanStack Query (React Query).

  • Skilled in testing frameworks such as Jest and Testing Library to ensure robust frontend code.

  • Experience working with modern design systems and UI frameworks, including Material UI (MUI), Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, and an understanding of atomic design principles.

  • Comfortable collaborating with design teams and translating Figma designs into polished, accessible UI.
