Job Description – Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications using React 18+, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality user interfaces, developing reusable and maintainable components, and integrating frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences while ensuring application performance, reliability, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React's modern features such as hooks, concurrent rendering, and component-driven architecture. You will be responsible for implementing frontend best practices, managing application state using tools such as Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand, and contributing to the overall frontend architecture. Experience building enterprise-scale applications with a focus on maintainability and performance is essential.

This position requires a strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and Core Web Vitals monitoring. You will be expected to analyze application performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to KPI reviews focused on user experience, page performance, and engagement. Additionally, you will implement and monitor application telemetry using tools such as Application Insights and OpenTelemetry to proactively identify and resolve issues.

The successful candidate will participate in agile development processes, contribute to technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality through automated testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving technical excellence are highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Expertise in frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience with application monitoring, observability, and telemetry tools.
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
