Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize responsive front-end architecture.
- Design user-centric interfaces using React, Styled-components, and Next.js.
- Implement and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend code.
- Own large new areas within our product
- Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
- Interact with product users
- Deliver at a high velocity and level of quality to engage our customers
- Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production
- Be able and willing to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Mastery of React, Styled-components, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js.
- Experience leveraging GraphQL to optimize data retrieval.
- Ability to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience at a high growth startup.
- Candidates are required to be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX - Way is building a workplace environment of team members who are passionate and excited to be together in person at its space in downtown Austin to continue to enable our fast-paced growth trajectory
