We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a project in the compliance automation/privacy tech industry.

You will join a distributed product squad building and scaling a platform that automates compliance and privacy workflows end-to-end. The stack centers on Django (Python), React, TypeScript, and GraphQL, with secure integrations to third-party systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with other engineers, QA specialists, designers, and product stakeholders in a highly agile environment, delivering high-quality code and best practices for a privacy-first product.
What you will do:
- Build the European Champion for Compliance Automation: Develop and maintain the platform as the cutting-edge category leader.
- Work across the full tech stack – from backend APIs to frontend interfaces – ensuring smooth, secure, and scalable integrations.
- Innovate: Bring new ideas to automate workflows, improve recommendations, and delight users.
- Own the process: Drive your work from concept to delivery — and see the results in real time.
- Boost product quality: Turn feedback and usage data into meaningful improvements.
- Shape the developer experience: Initiate projects to improve quality, delivery speed, and collaboration.
What you will bring:
- Proven track record as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on web applications.
- Experience with software testing and QA practices.
- Strong technical knowledge in:
Backend: Python (Django / FastAPI)
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter
AI: LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse
DevOps & Tools: We experiment with cutting-edge tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and Raycast – and encourage you to push for the best setup for your work
- Strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mindset, and a passion for building impactful products.
