We are looking for a versatile Senior Full-stack Engineer to help design and build AI-powered features across multiple products. In this role, you will rotate between different product teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be expected to quickly dive into unfamiliar codebases, understand their architecture in a short time, and implement complex full-stack features end to end. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about the intersection of Generative AI and enterprise software, with a strong focus on building scalable, high-impact solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using C# / .NET Core, along with modern frontend interfaces developed in Angular.

  • AI Integration: Implement AI-enabled features across multiple products, including document search, MCPs, agents, and chat-based completions.

  • AI-Powered Velocity: Leverage tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot on a daily basis to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and technical documentation.

  • Engineering Excellence: Apply proven architectural patterns such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS to ensure AI-driven features are modular, scalable, and maintainable.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of features from initial design through testing and production deployment, working within a Shift Left development environment.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS development, with a strong focus on C#, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.

  • Frontend Proficiency: Hands-on experience building complex, responsive web applications using Angular.

  • AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with large language models (LLMs) and integrating AI capabilities into production systems.

  • Tooling Fluency: Daily, hands-on use of modern AI development tools; experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot is essential.

  • Architectural Depth: Strong understanding of object-oriented design, asynchronous programming, and enterprise architecture patterns.

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
  • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

  • Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD, that goes beyond typical market offerings.

  • Paid Time Off: We value your well-being. Our paid time off policies ensure you have the chance to unwind and recharge when needed.

  • Work with Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your time as long as the work gets done. Focus on results, not the clock.

  • Work with Top American Companies: Grow your expertise working on innovative, high-impact projects with Industry-Leading U.S. Companies.

  • A Culture That Values You: We prioritize well-being and work-life balance, offering engagement activities and fostering dynamic teams to ensure you thrive both personally and professionally.

  • Diverse, Global Network: Connect with over 600 professionals in 25+ countries, expand your network, and collaborate with a multicultural team from Latin America.
